Who we are

PROSPER is a community platform that organizes Roblox events, tournaments and competitions, currently focused on Gakuran. This policy explains what information the website collects, why, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Account information. When you register, we store your email address, a display name, and your password in hashed (PBKDF2) form. We never store your password in plain text.

Roblox verification. If you choose to verify your Roblox account, you sign in on Roblox's own website through Roblox's official OAuth 2.0 system. PROSPER never sees, asks for, or stores your Roblox password. Roblox returns your public profile data to us: your Roblox user ID, username, display name, and avatar image. We store those four items so your verified identity can be shown across the platform.

Activity on the platform. We store the content you create here: team profiles and rosters, tournament registrations, match results, community chat and direct messages, reports you file, and moderation records. Staff actions are kept in a tamper-evident activity log so tournament results and moderation decisions can be audited.

Cookies. We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

How we use information

We use your information only to run the platform: signing you in, verifying your Roblox identity to prevent impersonation, organizing tournaments and brackets, displaying standings and profiles, operating community chat with automated content filtering and human moderation, and keeping the community safe. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who can see what

Your verified Roblox identity (display name, username, avatar) is public on the platform by design — it appears on profiles, team rosters, tournament pages and chat. Your email address is never displayed publicly. Private messages are visible only to their participants; moderators can review only content that a user has reported, through a report snapshot, not by browsing private conversations.

Service providers

The website is hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure. Roblox provides the optional account verification described above. We do not share your information with other third parties except where required by law.

Your choices

You may unlink your Roblox account at any time from your account settings; this removes the verified identity from your profile. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting us at the email below, and we will delete it unless a record must be retained to resolve a dispute or comply with the law.

Children

PROSPER is a fan community for Roblox players and is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes and contact

We will update this page when the policy changes and note the new date at the top. Questions or requests: sieniix0125@gmail.com.
